When mother was freed by a Klingon ship, she went to Vulcanis where she had a friend who tried to get her to abort the child. T'Pal would not hoping the conception had occcured before the capture and torture. It had not. ------Born to T'Pal on T'Rukh (the Vulcan moon). Mother died shortly after childbirth. ------Torah means law and that is what he represents. Taking his mothers name was a symbol of his family. Joined Starfleet in the area of security in hopes that he could earn honor in preventing other people from being treated as his mother was. -------Raised on Vulcanis and taught the ways of the vulcans. The attempt at pure logic did not hold. Many occasions his klingon heritage was helpful though as a child. Climbing Mt Sol his step-brother started to slip and Torah reached down and grabbed him one handed and pulled him up to a ledge using his klingon fierceness to augment his strength. -------He took leave from Nigala for six months in hopes of finding his true heritage. A DNA test on Romulas helped him find a half-brother (Noraak) and his wife (Taynora). He was working with him doing various piloting duties on his diplomatic tours. He also served as a bodyguard at several functions, many on Romulus or Remus themselves. The Romulans seemed to have accepted him more than he thought based on his mixed heritage. --------Taynora introduced him to one of her friends, Kellina. With no reason to go back to the station, believing it was destroyed, They were married. Eight months later, upon returning from a trip with Noraak, they found that Taynora and Kellina had been hiding a secret, each were pregnant. But they found out after the two were killed by a cowardly attack on the colony by a group of romulans and klingons who did not want the bloodlines "TAINTED" by other species. This group has continued to be a thorn in the side of anyone in the Empires that want peace and also to the Federation, in particular Nigala as a representitive of the Federation which supported the interaction of all species. --------While Noraak and Torah were cleaning the rubble, news came to them that the station had been rebuilt and no one had died. Noraak looked at Torah and told him to go back to his friends. That was where he belonged. The senator gave Torah a scout ship in order to return to Nigala. The ship still has its cloaking device intact and can achieve a max of warp 5. It also is equiped with type 2 disruptors and a type 2 medium tractor beam. -------During the latter part of Leigh Hayden-Stone's preganancy, Torah was named acting Chief of Security. Turns out it was good practice. Leigh decided that she should join her husband and resigned her position. In the wake of her departure He was promoted to Chief of Security. -------Married to Sasha Jakea 9811.23, A short time later, Sasha gave birth to Twins. Almost unheard of amoung trills especially with the danger to their symbionts. And amoung Klingons? A supreme blessing, Double the trouble <or more> if you will. Torah and Sasha have definitely been blessed. ------Elana was named after a long-time friend of Sasha, and Pagh translates to Truth from Klingon. -------Torah was taken captive and that is always a traumatic expeirience. It is evident that he was severely beaten and possibly more. He has some basic knowledge, but everything that is not basic instinct was mercifully locked away untill recently. His memory, at least partially, was restored when Karis Tok's daughter, Dari, asked about Sasha. It would seem that Torah had somehow locked all of his memories away and her name was the key to unlock them. ---------Torah has been returned to active duty. ---------Promoted to Commander and offered the position of Provost. Torah is stepping out in a new direction and a new challege. ------------------COUNSELOR'S REPORT---------------------- -----Torah is a very unusual Klingon, partly because he is half-romulan and raised on the Vulcan home world as if he were half vulcan. Though he has not completely mastered the Vulcan control of emotions, he has a better grip than most Klingons. His romulan bloodline has given him a small amount of telepathy, mostly being able to detect emotions and swings and "hear" other telepaths. With training this could be a valuable weapon. He can mind-meld although this is dangerous to both ------ Sasha Jakea. this young lady has changed Torah's mood and outlook. Whereas before, he would take any and all dangerous assignments, and twice has been placed on report for disabling the safety routines on the holodeck, he now is more aggressive with an enemy, almost as if he cant wait to get the battle over and back to her. ------- Sasha has returned with the twins to Qonos. |
